Create Your Own Business Documents

For Newly Formed Businesses or Start-Ups

In the age of automated and digital production, business owners have legal needs that can often be fulfilled using online systems. Sometimes partners in a small business need a basic operating agreement or a buy-sell agreement for their company. Maybe they need an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) for an idea they want to discuss or a non-compete agreement for an employee.
Our service allows you to create business agreements, supervised by an attorney, for reasonable rates in an expeditious manner. No longer do you need to employ a lawyer for thousands of dollars when you don't have the extra money to do so. All agreements contain standard provisions. Additional changes may result in the charging of additional fees. All documents are provided with signing instructions in Microsoft Word format.

Our Business Document Services

Is Business Document Automation Right For You?

Business Agreements Made Easy

Documents are available in most jurisdictions but are only provided in a nonlegal, advisory capacity outside of New Jersey and New York. Outside New Jersey and New York, you are encouraged to obtain local counsel to review any documents. Formation fee includes NJ filing fees (subject to change without notice) and currently is not available in other jurisdictions.
Documents will be provided for your review within 3 to 4 days, although that time frame is not guaranteed. Rush service is available for a 20% upcharge on a limited basis – email for more information. The attorney reserves the right to refuse service if he believes that basic documents are not sufficient in your situation. Upon refusal, fees will be refunded (less a 15% processing fee).

What Our Clients Say

Business Contract Automation FAQ'S

  • How are my automated documents prepared?

Once you make a purchase, you will receive an electronic receipt which will contain links to relevant forms you will need to complete to create your documents. Click on each link and follow the directions carefully. Failure to follow directions precisely may result in mistakes in your documents. Your input is then merged into our legal templates and reviewed by one of our attorneys. The document(s) are then sent to you in both MS Word and PDF formats, along with instructions to sign, witness and notarize your new agreements. Execution (the process of signing your documents) can be arranged in our Clark, NJ office for an additional fee.

  • Can I request changes to my documents once they are created?

Generally, no. Inadvertent mistakes may be corrected at our discretion, but changes to the document outside of our predetermined templates are only available for additional fees.

  • How do I sign my new documents?

Each purchase includes comprehensive signing instructions that most people will find easy to follow. If you are not comfortable with this responsibility, you can arrange a signing meeting at our office or request a referral to a mobile notary service. In either case, additional fees will apply.

  • Do my documents need to be Notarized?

A Notary Public is authorized by a government authority to witness and acknowledge that you or others signed in his or her presence. Many estate planning documents (wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives) require one or more witnesses and an independent notary. In most cases, business agreements only require a person witness your signature.

  • Can I purchase documents for states other than New Jersey or New York?

While our attorneys are admitted to practice by the NJ and NY bar, we will provide business documents in a nonlegal, advisory capacity which you should have reviewed by local counsel.

  • How is our service different than LegalZoom or RocketLawyer?

Unlike their services, our documents are prepared by our attorneys. Both LegalZoom and RocketLawyer state that they do not provide advice in a legal capacity.
