Our service allows you to create business agreements, supervised by an attorney, for reasonable rates in an expeditious manner. No longer do you need to employ a lawyer for thousands of dollars when you don't have the extra money to do so. All agreements contain standard provisions. Additional changes may result in the charging of additional fees. All documents are provided with signing instructions in Microsoft Word format.

Business Agreements Made Easy

Documents are available in most jurisdictions but are only provided in a nonlegal, advisory capacity outside of New Jersey and New York. Outside New Jersey and New York, you are encouraged to obtain local counsel to review any documents. Formation fee includes NJ filing fees (subject to change without notice) and currently is not available in other jurisdictions.  
Documents will be provided for your review within 3 to 4 days, although that time frame is not guaranteed. Rush service is available for a 20% upcharge on a limited basis – email for more information. The attorney reserves the right to refuse service if he believes that basic documents are not sufficient in your situation. Upon refusal, fees will be refunded (less a 15% processing fee).
