Create Your Own Commercial Real Estate Documents

Simple Agreements for Simple Situations

Our automated commercial documents are helpful for an experienced real estate investor who understands basic purchase agreements or for a landlord who wants a basic, straightforward lease for their tenants.

We can provide these documents in relatively quick fashion and at a reduced price. Turn around time is usually 3 to 4 days, but is not guaranteed.

Our Commercial Real Estate Document Services

Is Commercial Real Estate Document Automation Right For You?

Basic Commercial Agreements, Fast & Easy

If you are interested in purchasing an investment property, you will generally submit a letter of intent (LOI) to the owner who will accept the general terms before the attorneys start drafting a commercial purchase agreement. Our automated service allows you to create basic LOIs to get your deal started.

Or you may be looking to rent space from a small landlord who does not have his own standard lease. Use our service to create a basic lease with general provisions. This service is great when a landlord wants you to commit to his space asap. It can allow you to "jump ahead" of other possible tenants who cannot act that quickly.

Agreements can usually be ready in a few days, although that time frame is not guaranteed.

What Our Clients Say

Document Automation FAQ'S

  • How are my automated documents prepared?

Once you make a purchase, you will receive an electronic receipt which will contain links to relevant forms you will need to complete to create your documents. Click on each link and follow the directions carefully. Failure to follow directions precisely may result in mistakes in your documents. Your input is then merged into our legal templates and reviewed by one of our attorneys. The document(s) are then sent to you in both MS Word and PDF formats, along with instructions to sign, witness and notarize your new agreements. Execution (the process of signing your documents) can be arranged in our Clark, NJ office for an additional fee.

  • Can I request changes to my documents once they are created?

Generally, no. Inadvertent mistakes may be corrected at our discretion, but changes to the document outside of our predetermined templates are only available for additional fees.

  • How do I sign my new documents?

Each purchase includes comprehensive signing instructions that most people will find easy to follow. If you are not comfortable with this responsibility, you can arrange a signing meeting at our office or request a referral to a mobile notary service. In either case, additional fees will apply.

  • Do my documents need to be Notarized?

A Notary Public is authorized by a government authority to witness and acknowledge that you or others signed in his or her presence. Many estate planning documents (wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives) require one or more witnesses and an independent notary. In most cases, business agreements only require a person witness your signature.

  • Can I purchase documents for states other than New Jersey or New York?

While our attorneys are admitted to practice by the NJ and NY bar, we will provide business documents in a nonlegal, advisory capacity which you should have reviewed by local counsel.

  • How is our service different than LegalZoom or RocketLawyer?

Unlike their services, our documents are prepared by our attorneys. Both LegalZoom and RocketLawyer state that they do not provide advice in a legal capacity.
