Estate Plan Maintenance & Document Vault (112)

For our on-going client relationships and to help you stay on top of your most important documents, we offer an annual estate plan maintenance with an encrypted document vault. This vault is provided through DocuBank and includes an emergency access wallet card for all participants. Using this card, a medical professional or healthcare facility will have access to your healthcare directives if needed. Additional cards for college students and adults with special needs are available for an additional fee. For more information, contact us.

You may submit basic questions via email as part of this service and will be entitled to a 30-60 minute annual review meeting via Zoom or other online video service. Conference phone calls are available as a substitute as well. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to discuss any changes or updates you may need. Any such work will be provided at 50% of our normal fees for as long as you remain on the monthly payment plan.

Setup Fees:

Individuals $350.00 setup $29.99 per month thereafter

Couples $500.00 setup $49.99 per month thereafter

A processing fee is added to any charges. Each setup fee includes a 5-year DocuBank membership after which you will be billed separately and directly by DocuBank. You may terminate your service at anytime, but no refunds will be provided. You may continue to maintain your membership directly with DocuBank.
